What the amount covers
The first two amounts identify particular vendor agreements.
The $1.041 million figure describes the broader organizational project budget.
Those are different price boundaries.
What it doesn’t tell us
We cannot subtract $625,880 from $1,041,979 and declare the remainder to be money actually spent on a particular category.
The source does not componentize the entire difference sufficiently for us to do that.
The $1.041 million project budget should not be called the NEXGEN software price.
